What is the return policy?
Our Commitment
Thank you for shopping at Rubber Duck Clothing! As a Print-on-Demand (POD) store, each item is created especially for you once you place an order. This means we do not hold inventory, and every product is unique. Due to the custom nature of our products, we are unable to offer returns or exchanges for reasons such as ordering the wrong size, color, or a change of mind.
However, your satisfaction is our priority. We stand by the quality of our products and will address any issues related to production errors.
14-Day Policy for Defective or Damaged Items
Our return policy for production errors is valid for 14 days from the date you receive your order. If 14 days have gone by since your delivery, unfortunately, we cannot offer you a refund or exchange.
We only replace items or issue refunds if they are defective or damaged due to a manufacturing error. This includes, but is not limited to:
- Misprinted designs
- Incorrect item received
- Damaged or flawed garment (e.g., holes, tears, faulty stitching)
How to Report an Issue
To be eligible for a return or replacement, you must contact our support team first. Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer or to us without prior authorization.
To initiate a claim, please follow these steps within 14 days of receiving your item:

Our team will review your claim. If the issue is confirmed to be a production error, we will guide you on the next steps.
Refunds and Replacements (if applicable)
Once your claim is reviewed, we will send you an email to notify you of the approval or rejection of your request.
If your claim is approved, we will offer you a choice between:
- A free replacement of the same item.
- A full refund to your original method of payment.
If a refund is processed, a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original payment method within a certain number of days, depending on your card issuer's policies.
Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged from the factory. Since every item is custom-made, we do not offer exchanges for different sizes or colors. Please review the sizing chart available on each product page carefully before placing your order.
Shipping Returns
You should only return an item after receiving specific instructions from our support team. If a return is necessary, we will provide you with the return address and details. In cases of approved production errors, we will typically cover the cost of return shipping. We cannot be held responsible for items sent back to us without prior contact.
